The East/West Workout is a series of graceful and energizing exercises adapted from a vast collection of traditional athletic disciplines, medical gymnastics and movement therapies for optimal health and fitness. A sophisticated system of fitness to strengthen the total body, the East/West Workout develops muscle tone, joint flexibility, and stimulates the cardiovascular and lymphatic system while invigorating the internal organs without the joint and muscle trauma of more conventional exercise systems. The East/West Workout is easy to learn, fun to do and safe. In addition, , the East/West Workout is ideal for reshaping, firming and energizing the entire body while burning fat deposits, improving stamina and maximizing body power, poise and concentration.

Spencer Gee, represented the US in 1981 for the first Wushu tour to the People’s Republic of China. Spencer is a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, and instructor of traditional Kung-Fu at Two Worlds Fitness Center in Greenvale. He is an instructor, under Eric A. Leigh, in Pankration, the Martial Art of all Powers and under Professor Amante P. Marinas, he is also a Master of Pananandata, the Filipino art of weapons. Mr. Gee is currently studying Brazilian Capoeira and Gracie Jiujitsu. He is also serving as an associate professor at Hofstra University, under the auspices of Professor Joe Buebenas, for the Tai Chi and Self-Defense courses given there.
